Elevating the Pharmacist’s Role in Optimizing Adjuvant Care for High-Risk CSCC

Meeting Objectives:

• Recognize patients with high-risk CSCC early in the treatment pathway who may be appropriate candidates for adjuvant therapy using current evidence and risk stratification criteria.
• Enhance multidisciplinary communication and referral strategies to engage pharmacists earlier in the treatment pathway and support coordinated treatment planning across the interdisciplinary care team.
• Integrate pharmacist-led patient education and expectation-setting throughout the treatment continuum to optimize informed decision-making, treatment readiness, and continuity of care.
