Meeting Objectives:

• • Explore the role of clinical and specialty pharmacists in early identification of at-risk patients and collaboration with cardiology multidisciplinary teams to facilitate ATTR-CM diagnosis through symptom recognition and appropriate referral pathways.
  • Discuss strategies for pharmacists to bridge education gaps in ATTR-CM awareness among both healthcare teams and patients, enabling more informed conversations about disease progression and treatment options.  
  • Identify practical approaches for pharmacists to establish themselves as trusted clinical partners in ATTR-CM care through evidence-based recommendations, patient counseling, and ongoing collaboration throughout the treatment journey.
